Rivazzurra sits on the seafront at Koukla Beach (Porto Koukla), near Lithakia in southern Zakynthos, Greece, postal code 29092, on Laganas Bay. Zakynthos International Airport, Zakynthos Town and the port are each roughly a 15-minute drive away.
How many guests can the villa accommodate?
The villa comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across four en-suite bedrooms, with the option to host one additional guest on the living-room sofa bed, for up to 9 in total.
How many bedrooms and bathrooms does the villa have?
There are four sound-insulated bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, plus a guest WC. The villa spans two floors of about 150 square metres each, set within a private estate of 5,000 square metres.
Is Rivazzurra beachfront, with direct beach access?
Yes. The villa sits directly on the seafront and a private path gives direct access to the beach moments from the villa.
Does the villa have a private swimming pool?
Yes. There is a private beachfront pool with an eco-friendly cleaning system, sunbeds, umbrellas, an in-pool jacuzzi and a shallow area suitable for children.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request, subject to availability.
How do I book, and how are payments handled?
You can check availability and book through the secure booking engine linked on our website. Reservations and payments are processed on the external booking platform and are not stored on rivazzurra.gr.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy?
A deposit is required to confirm a reservation, with the balance due before arrival. Cancellation terms depend on your dates. Please see our Terms & Conditions for the exact deposit and cancellation details.
Is the villa suitable for families with children?
Very much so. Features include a shallow pool area, a dedicated playground for children, a fenced garden and spacious indoor and outdoor areas, making it ideal for families, couples and groups of friends.
What amenities and facilities are included?
Highlights include the private pool and jacuzzi, direct beach access, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, private parking, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, full fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee or espresso maker, Coco-Mat mattresses and linens, daily maid service, an outdoor BBQ and wood-fired oven, and landscaped gardens.
What services can be arranged on request?
On request we can arrange daily breakfast, a private chef, wine tasting, yacht and boat rentals or private cruises, and yoga and fitness sessions. Some services carry an additional charge.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
Is parking available?
Yes, the villa offers private on-site parking within its gated estate.
Are pets allowed?

Southern Zakynthos and Laganas Bay are close to Marathonisi (Turtle Island), the National Marine Park and beautiful beaches, with day trips to Navagio (Shipwreck Beach) and the Blue Caves. Water sports, boat tours, hiking and family water parks are all within easy reach.
